Bulivard LLC operates internal tools used by our team to manage content, customer support, and brand operations for Bulivard-owned brands, including CaseBLVD, JunkieBLVD, DKNT, Klypse, Plune, and Bulivard Events.

When our internal tools connect to Instagram through Meta, we may collect and process:

• Instagram account identifiers, usernames, profile information, and connection status for Bulivard-owned Instagram business accounts.
• Instagram direct messages sent to or from Bulivard-owned Instagram business accounts.
• Internal support metadata such as conversation status, assignments, staff notes, saved replies, and timestamps.
• Technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How We Use Information

We use this information only for legitimate Bulivard business operations, including:

• Viewing and replying to customer Instagram DMs from Bulivard-owned brands.
• Assigning support conversations to staff and tracking open, pending, and resolved conversations.
• Improving response time and support quality.
• Maintaining security, troubleshooting connection issues, and complying with platform requirements.

Information Sharing

We do not sell Instagram or customer message data. We only share information with service providers that help us operate Bulivard systems, such as hosting, database, authentication, and platform API providers, or when required by law.

Data Retention

We retain operational records only as long as needed for customer support, business operations, legal compliance, and platform requirements. Internal notes are never sent to Instagram customers.

Security

Access to Bulivard internal tools is restricted to authorized team members. We use authenticated access controls and store connection data in protected backend systems.
